8. Birth Certificate (For France application only)
9. Life Insurance (For France application only)

If Employed or retired

1. Last 2 years tax returns (P60)
2. Last 3 months pay slips or pension slip
3. Reference Letter from employer or pension plan
   (stating professional status, length of service & gross annual income)

If self-employed

1. Last 2 years Audited Accounts
2. Letter from Accountant confirming net profit figures for the last 2 years or current salary and dividend payments for the last 2 years (ltd. Company with a shareholding)
3. Last 1-2 year’s tax return
4. Business bank statements (3 most recent)

Liabilities (if applicable)

1. Latest months mortgage statement
2. Latest 6 months mortgage statement (on your existing foreign property)
3. Details of personal loans
4. Copy of tenancy agreement
5. Maintenance / Alimony payments
