US Loan Application Checklist
Personnal document
- Copy of your Passport
- Copy of your most recent US Immigration Passport Stamp
- Copy of recent utility Bill
- 3 latest Months Bank statement / or a Bank reference letter stating type of account held, length of relationship and verifying a recommendation for a loan
- Application and Appraisal fee
- Irish Credit Bureau Report (please visit www.icb.ie)
If self employed:
- Accountant letter (on Company letterhead) confirming net profit figures for the last 2 years or current salary and dividend payments for the last 2 years
If employee:
- 2 P60’s
- Letter from employer stating professional status, length of service and gross annual income
- Copy of your latest 3 months payslips
- Copy of signed sales contract
- Evidence of Balance of funds (this will include deposit paid, balance owed, closing costs and reserves)
- 2 months Bank Statements/ Bank reference letter stating deposit amount and length of time on deposit
